    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
    - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
    - No parties or antisocial behaviour
    - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
    - No pets are allowed in the property without approval
    - No smoking is allowed at any times
    - If you break something, please let us know

    - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

    Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
    - Please leave all beds unmade
    - Please clean up your dishes and put them away
    - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
    - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
    - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

    - The Cross River Rail construction will continue until 2026, and construction noise may be experienced.
    - To access the on-site parking, enter the Apollo parking driveway.

    - Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
    - Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
    - We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started

    - You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.
    - The key collection is located offsite, around 260 meters away from the property, and not available 24/7. Further details will be provided 3 days before check-in if your booking is successfully reserved.

Great apartment looking over Brisbane. Unnecessary hassle when checking in as suddenly we needed to provide ID and email address - this was not previously communicated.

47th floor views

Quiet, clean and perfect location for walking about downtown. Well appointed kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the stock of soap, laundry soap, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar. Good direction of where to get keys at convenience store. Is a slight hassle since we had a car and needed keys before we could park, but needed to park to get keys but we figured it out. Make sure to have the check in instructions handy as the photos and step by step was invaluable in figuring out what elevators to use and where to park.

A good view, but that's about it

On the good side, the view is terrific. And the host provides a nespresso machine and a good supply of capsules. But otherwise this property is little more than a place to lay your head. The set-up is strange - small and very spartan. And lots of oddities. No outlets in the kitchen, no TV in the bedroom, a small bed, bath gel in the shower but no washcloth, no place to hang bath towels, insufficient hangers, you get the idea. Very little character and no personal touches to make it a place you'd want to hang out. The host (MadeComfy) was completely non-responsive while we were there, which was a problem because the key card only worked intermittently and the check-out instructions were so unclear that we ended up being charged $30 to get our car out of the parking lot when we left! MadeComfy said they would make it right, but as of now we've not heard back from them. I would say to people considering this property that if the view really matters, it's worth considering, but there are likely better choices.
