We want a refund as we could enter the property. something went wrong with the accommodation. We followed the instructions to complete the verify process (twice). The for instructions was to get a password to open after the verify process. It said it would email straight away. But nothing. The email never arrived and the person had to look accommodation elsewhere, she had to pay for the accommodation and car to reach the new place.
