    The Space:

    This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious stay near CBD and South Bank. The Apartment block features a mezzanine health and wellness centre and dining/entertaining options. As well as a 25 meter lap pool, BBQ, and resident's lounge, all located on level 4 within the building.

    Situated at South Bank, has direct access to Brisbane’s major entertainment precinct including the Convention & Exhibition Centre, Queensland Gallery of Modern Art, The Queensland Performing Arts Centre, the Museum & Science Centre as well as being centrally located to Southbank Parklands, West End, Suncorp Stadium and the Brisbane CBD.



    Getting Around:

    Getting to the apartment couldn't be easier. Less than 10 mins walk from South Brisbane Station or just 20 min from the Airport. Surrounded by endless restaurants, cafes, markets, bottle shops, museums, galleries, and plenty of speciality shops just metres away, you can truly walk to the best that Brisbane has to offer.

    Where to go?



    Close to South Brisbane Train and Bus Station.

    Uber/Taxi from Airport is about 25-30 minutes.



    It is within walking distance to West End and only minutes away from Southbank, the Queensland Museum, State Library and Art Gallery and the Brisbane Convention Centre.



    Here are hundreds of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues in walking distance such as "Fish lane" A huge entertainment area on the Level 4 & 5, pool, BBQ facility has stunning city views of Brisbane.



    Other Things to Note:

    To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a copy of a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID. If the card is under a different name, you will be asked to send the corresponding ID and and pass through our verification portal.



    Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



    Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



    You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

    You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

    You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



    Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.



    Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.



    Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.



    Additional rules

    Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!

    - All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm

    - Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.

    - No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.

    - Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.

    - Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour.

    Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.

    - Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.

    - Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.

    - We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Convenient South Bank location

The property is close to South Bank, within walking distance of the West End restaurant district, a short walk to the train station, and close to the museum. The only challenge is with parking a car in the allotted slot between the 2 concrete pillars.

Great South Brisbane Location

This unit is very bright, making it easy to see the cleanliness. The location is easy walking distance from several Brisbane cultural venues and a light rail station. I didn't have a car, so I walked to all of these locations and more. Amenities include in-building access to a swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. I would stay here if I visit Brisbane again.

Location was convenient. Property needs attention

Property was ok. Light globes not working, broken blind, dirty dishes and shower needs a good scrub. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. One lift out of 3 not working. Makes it a very long wait when 2 lifts are catering for 30 floors 5 levels of underground car parking. Location was great.

Pretty nice location, within close walking distance to the waterfront. There was a musty unpleasant odor to the place that dissipated when the a/c was turned on. Additionally the tv had a block of permanently damaged horizontal lines blocking part of the picture. Overall an average property with a good location, that could use a bit of an upgrade.
