What our apartment offers:
- 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Second bathroom has a bath tub and a shower and an integrated laundry. All linens and towels are provided!

- Huge rear garage roof top terrace at the back of our apartment. Perfect for BBQ and family & friends get together
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal and make yourself at home!

Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, thank you for your understanding in advance! —----------------------------------------- LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS —----------------------------------------- We understand that sometimes you really enjoy your time here with us and would like stay a little longer! However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! Therefore it is important that all late check out requests should be made AT LEAST THE NIGHT before your departure to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to finish their work! If you need to check out after 12pm, an extra HALF DAY rate will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved. We will not accommodate late check out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late check out confirmation, our cleaner will commence their work at 10am and they will have access to our property for housekeeping. —-------------------------------------------------------------------- STARTER SUPPLIES —-------------------------------------------------------------------- We provide all our guests with essential starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. Complimentary supplies include: 1 set of bed linens for each bed, 2 towels per double/queen/king bed, 1 towel per single/sofa bed, 1 tea towel, coffee + tea + sugar + milk, 2 toilet rolls per toilet, 1 bath mat, 2 hand towels and shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bodywash per bathroom. There are also a few other cooking supplies provided in our kitchen. Please note these supplies are not intended to last for the whole duration of your stay but are provided to avoid the need to rush to supermarkets immediately after your arrival. If you need extra supplies, please arrange with us prior to your stay to avoid delivery costs! Communication was prompt. Location was great right near the convention centre and Southbank beach. Place was clean. Couple of things missing/broken but informed owner and they apologised straight away didn’t really affect our stay though.

This host is very easy to come in contact and communicate ! Quick answers always simplifies life. We loved bout the flat and the location on the south bank.
