You'll have exclusive, full access to the entire apartment. It's on the 3rd floor, with a lift straight up.

Self check-in is via lockbox located at the premises.

🧴 Starter supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper) are provided to last 5–7 days; mid-stay servicing available on request for a fee

🕒 Standard check-in is 3pm, check-out 10am. Early check-in / late check-out available on request and subject to availability, guaranteed early access if booked a day ahead

🦮 Pets are welcome, however, we only allow dogs and is charge for $25/night per pet. The size of the dog should not exceed 15kg, should you be bringing one, please let us know.

🛂 A Quick Formality: Check-In & ID Verification

To meet short-term rental safety & insurance requirements, we'll send you a digital check-in form and ask for a copy of your government-issued photo ID before arrival. This is handled securely and used only to verify your booking. You may also be asked to show ID on arrival. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.



HOUSE RULES:

📌 No parties, events or gatherings. Only registered guests permitted

📌 No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or drugs to be used anywhere in the building, including balconies

📌 Apartment and it's belongings must be treated respectfully. If any damage occurs please let us know ASAP

📌 Rubbish should be disposed of regularly

📌 Please ensure you vacate the property and complete checkout by the agreed time to avoid late fees. Check out will only be confirmed once physical keys/fobs have been returned to the lockbox

📌 Lost keys or remotes will incur replacement fees of up to $500

📌 If you trigger a false fire alarm, we may be charged a high fee from the fire service - a cost which you will have to pay

📌 No commercial photography or filming, or other commercial activities

📌 No illegal activities are permitted
