The unit is on the first floor, STAIRCASE to the entry door, not suitable for any walking handicap.
We are close to the centre, but in a gorgeous residential areas with large Queenslanders and little traffic. No excessive noise is welcome as our neighbours are friendly and quiet.
Only a short stroll from the local shopping centre (Australia Post, bottle, grocery, bakery shops, hairdresser and a petrol station 200m from the property).

Beautiful suburb of Norman Park, so close to the centre and yet very private quiet and leafy.
a Small shoping centre at the bottom of Mcilwraith avenue has groceries, bakery, AusPost, bottle shop, coffee shop. In addition the renowned coffee shop Grumpy Monkey is also a short stroll away offerring Bellissimo coffee and many breakfast options.
