“Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'ambiance de la maison et son environnement. C'est une maison avec beaucoup de charme et de personnalité. Elle est lumineuse, bien équipée et soigneusement décorée. La vue est très belle de toutes les pièces. Le lieu est facilement accessible et proche de nombreux sites d'intérêt, tout en demeurant très calme. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été très agréable et le panier d'accueil généreux. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le chauffage mais cela a été réglé...

“We came to Italy to compete at the Dragonboat Club Crew World Championships. We are a big team so having such a beautiful large and spacious accommodation made our experience very memorable. We could relax after a long day of competition and find many private areas when we were looking for solitude. I strongly recommend this property to any sports team looking for accommodation. We even hired a private chef to come every other night. Made our liver very convenient while the food was delicious.”

“My wife and I found the cutest villa on top of a mountain top. About 40 minutes. Outside of Florence called Villa Campestre. They were very accommodating with us deciding to have our rehearsal dinner with them last minute. Definitely not the easiest because there’s 20 people and they make all of their food in house. “Schönes altes Haus, mit Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen auch im Hochsommer gut auszuhalten. Die Lage ist ein Traum (allerdings ca. 15-20 Min zum nächsten Supermarkt mit dem Auto). Man kommt von dort schnell nach Bologna und in der Umgebung gibt es neben wunderbarer Natur auch schöne und gute Restaurants. Man ist dort ganz für sich und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und entspannt und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Toller Urlaub, klare Empfehlung! ”

“der Aufenthalt bei franco war toll! Das Haus war genauso wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht sogar größer. Die Kommunikation war trotz Sprachbarriere gut und es wurde auf alles schnell geantwortet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt wissen mussten. “The Villa was everything we needed for our 1.5 week stay. It's spacious, beds are comfortable, and it's well thought out for a party seating (both inside and outside). The outdoors are beautiful and the pool is great. “Fantastic property and surroundings. The property gives "jungle" vibe with really well maintained outdoor surroundings and pool area. The owner is easy to communicate with and is really helpful. If you are a large family notice that 3-4 people have to sleep in a common room close making it potential a bit challenging if you are not close family. Gets out best recommendations overall!”
