“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best features was the quiet location, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The peaceful surroundings provided a welcome escape while still being conveniently located near everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, and the entire experience was seamless. “The two bedroom cottage I stayed in at Cottage Place during a relocation was really nice. It was very quiet, comfortable, and had everything you could want for a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location right next to Squam Lake was terrific. I look forward to staying there again in the Fall.”

Perhaps it was growth spurt due to weather, but weeds had really popped up in lawn. Hot humid weather while we were there, but minisplit HVAC handled it.”

“The place was peaceful and calm. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall the place was clean, but the light above the shower had vents that are dirty. We also weren’t aware there were bunk beds. Regardless, it all worked out and we had a lovely stay. The area is gorgeous and there’s a walking path to a beach front area along the river.
