“Easy access to the lake. 15 minute walk to a much bigger "beach" area. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities. Keurig for fresh coffee was a bonus. Didn't use the hot ton because it was raining. Fire pit was a hit. Plenty of backyard space for the dog, not fenced in. Great stay with easy to use A/C and heating unit.”

“Overall I was disappointed with the cabin. The furniture was worn. The rigs were disinfected stained. The mattress was cheap and you only got a comforter, no sheets or extra blankets. There was also only one pillow per person. Dead bugs in spider webs, holes in the walls and dirty doors and baseboards didn’t do it any favors. We left early and showered at home. I expect a lot better for 400.”

“This was perfect for me... my daughter lives 2 streets over and just had her first baby... I was close enough to make dinner and help her daily without be under her toes! I did bring my pup and loved that there was a leash in the back yard for him. Host quickly answered any questions I had... will definitely rent again!”

“The two bedroom cottage I stayed in at Cottage Place during a relocation was really nice. It was very quiet, comfortable, and had everything you could want for a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location right next to Squam Lake was terrific. I look forward to staying there again in the Fall.”
