“Some trouble getting in but could have been some user error. The lock is a little different and it spins so can be confusing. The owners checked in quite a bit until they could get in. The only other trouble was the second shower had no hot water. Had to use 1 shower for everyone. Only there for a long weekend so unable to be fixed that quick, understandable. Owner was very respectful and responsive. The home was very clean and tidy. Seems like everyone was comfortable in the beds as well....

“These accommodations were extremely comfortable, quiet, and conveniently close to Burlington’s downtown & waterfront areas. We felt as if we were in a luxury hotel. Access to an outdoor deck area provided cooling shade from a truly glorious golden locust that overhung the house, as well as beautiful views of downtown rooftops & Lake Champlain beyond. A “cozy” bathroom & shower arrangement, but everything was immaculately clean, and well-appointed. We’d gladly return if we were ever in the area,...

“We have rented this cottage in September 2023 to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with friends. The Owner was very accessible, answered all my questions very fast before and while we were there. The place is beautiful, everything you need to cook is there, and the view from the kitchen and living room is amazing! The master bedroom is beautiful, private and has many windows so you can see the lake when you wake up in the morning. I will definitely go back!”
