The place was clean. The walls were paper thin I shouldn’t know something was up when they put noise machines and all the bedrooms and beds were extremely uncomfortable. Had to go buy mattress stoppers just to sleep in them. The walls are paper thin like convention there are people staying in them that was very loud. Overall the place was very uncomfortable and I would never ever recommend it to anyone there’s a train that comes through there at night too you can hear it very well. There were some guys staying there that were driving service trucks with the lights on them. One of them left their lights, blinking straight into our windows While it was still running. I called the cops at 1:30 in the morning to do a well check they did not come to the door for 7 o’clock the next morning they turned the lights off on their trucks horrible experience, but not recommended to anyone.

Quaint clean place stayed 5 nights

Quaint clean apartment. House shared with two other units. Can hear others, but if everyone follows the policy of quiet time 9p to 7a it is fine. Coffee, tea and lots of spices along with a Crock-Pot. No pot to make pasta, no dishwasher tabs. Other smaller pots and pans. One closet in the main bedroom with plastic drawers. The other bedroom has a hanging bar and a shelf in the bedroom.

Peaceful Stay in Town

Ideally sized for 1 - 4 people, this rental is well decorated and appointed with the essentials for a several day visit. Although located close to the town's center, it is just far enough from the main road to be a quiet stay.

It's cute and clean and reasonable but beds and neighborhood are lacking

So this property is very cute and clean and check in was easy and the cost was stellar. But the properly location was lacking, it's in an older part of Bristol. There is one nice house and then there are lots of very run down properties just one house away, a completely burned down home 4 houses away, and vacant homes across the street and in the back. I loved that it had laundry facilities, but the spin cycle will send you out of the house it's so loud (so start loads when leaving). There are no blinds on the kitchen window so people living in the garage apartment in the back and the neighbor to the back right could see right into the kitchen which looks right into the master. We put up towels. No sufficient security lock on the INSIDE of the door, the dead bolt barely goes into the jamb and could easily be kicked in. The neighbor to the left of apartment 1 has a dog that barks and a security light that goes off when you come home, so there's that. But my biggest complaint by far was the bed. The cheap thin steel frames are so weak the middle leg supports were completely collapsed or even missing on all beds making the mattress sag. We bent the legs back, and had maintenance come out and tighten the screws, and they were responsive, but the heart of the problem are the beds are too low, too cheap and we could not make whoopie on them without fear of collapse. We are under 400 lbs as a couple but people weight a lot more now days. Also, HATE hot polyester sheets

Cute Place. Great Location.

Like I said in the title, it’s a cute place and a great location. They went the extra mile and you will find lots of extras in the apartment like shampoo, conditioner, mist for the face, foil, spices, a water purifier in the refrigerator to list a few. The only thing I would say bad about it, is the beds. We found them uncomfortable. Great apartment, Great price!!!! Plus they give you a 10% off if you stay with them again!

Great place to stay .

The apartment was very very nice , clean and comfortable. Everyone in the area is so friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend this apartment and hopefully we can visit again . Location was great ! An easy and safe walk to all of the activities on State Street.
