“First, there was no one at the front desk to check in. After waiting for five minutes on the phone, someone finally appeared but seemed annoyed that someone was checking in. The room smelled funny but I was able to open the window. TV had problems. No sugar or cream for the coffee. Curtain was half ripped down. Plenty of dust. Filter on AC unit was disgusting.
