The company who runs this place has several units around Brno and makes you go to a different location to pick up keys. Claims it’s a 4 min walk but it’s more than double that especially with luggage. My biggest issue was the false advertising that said it included a balcony. The balcony was a public space not attached to the room… cleaning doesn’t happen often here, I was here for four days and no one ever cleaned the place. And the other guests staying were slobs who don’t know how to use a toilet brush left their pack of hot dogs in an open pack dripping everywhere. The room itself was nice but smelled like smoke. The bathroom situation kind of sucks, one toilet and shower for everyone. Door handles broken off no maintenance. WiFi is pretty much unusable, Another example of a hotel that obviously did a fast cheap renovation and didn’t care about long term quality. Shower doesn’t have a proper door and water gets everywhere, obvious mold issues as a result. Hair everywhere. The price wasn’t bad but they could just make some basic improvements and manage their units better…
