Bay Cottage is a charming three-bedroom holiday home set in the heart of Broadstairs, just a short stroll from the beach, independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Dating back to the 18th century, the cottage blends character features with a comfortable, sociable layout, making it an ideal base for families or groups looking to enjoy a traditional seaside escape.

Inside, the property offers a welcoming living room with exposed wooden beams and a cosy open fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day by the coast. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy self-catering, such as a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. To the rear, a spacious enclosed courtyard garden provides outdoor seating and a BBQ area, ideal for al fresco dining or unwinding in the warmer months. The cottage sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, with two king-size rooms and one twin. A family bathroom is located on the first floor, along with an additional shower within the top-floor bedroom. Please note the cottage is arranged over four floors with a steep spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Broadstairs is one of Kent’s most seaside towns, known for its sandy beaches, traditional charm and relaxed atmosphere. Viking Bay, the main beach, is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and family days out, while nearby Joss Bay is popular with surfers and those looking for a quieter stretch of coastline.
