The apartments main bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed fitted with a Hypnos Kensington Deluxe mattress, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Both the bedroom and lounge are equipped with air conditioning, ideal for warmer summer months, along with gas central heating for year-round comfort.

The inviting lounge area offers a comfortable "Swyft" sofa, which can also be used as a second sleeping space (sofa bed) for an additional guest. Blackout blinds in both the bedroom and lounge help create a peaceful environment for relaxing or sleeping in.

Access to the apartment involves stairs, including steps leading up from the pavement to the communal entrance and further stairs to the top floor.
This property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs train station is short walk 10-15 min walk down the high st and is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

Please refrain from smoking / vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning.
