What an amazing weekend

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this beautifully renovated Cotswold house. The decor was absolutely stunning – stylish, tasteful, and full of character. The garden was a real highlight for us – spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved using the BBQ, and the hot tub and sauna were such a treat. The location is amazing too, offering the best of countryside charm while still being close to everything we needed. Highly recommend this property – a true gem!

Wow what an amazing place! I stayed with 4 other ladies to celebrate a 60th birthday - we decided to stay in the whole trip to enjoy the stunning house and wonderful gardens - the photos don’t do this house justice! It’s totally stunning, the best place we have ever stayed as a group of friends.. the decor and the attention to detail is amazing. Dan has thought of everything and gone above and beyond to make this an amazing stay. We will definitely be back highly recommend to anyone.

Our weekend away was to celebrate a 50th birthday. Celebrating as a group of best friends, we knew we would have a lovely time altogether. This house however made it fabulous. We had all the information prior to arrival to make check-in easy and when inside there was everything you could possibly want. All facilities are top class and spotlessly clean. It is truly stunning, inside and out.

Mind-blowing/life-altering weekend away

This place is like something out of a dream - there was something to appeal to everyone whether it was petanque, the sauna, hot tub, bar facilities, disco ball, dartboard, patio area. This was a weekend for a very distant and stressed family and it provided a wonderful haven - Daniel was so speedy in responses to questions. I would for sure stay here again.

Magical Stay at the Old Malt House

We stayed at The Old Malt House with friends to celebrate a 40th birthday. We were blown away by the location but the property itself left us speechless. What a magical place to stay and made our trip truly special. We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather during our trip meaning we could take full advantage of the garden and outdoor space too. Daniel was a helpful and flexible host and had really thought of every detail to ensure we had a memorable stay.

Amazing !

We stayed here and had the most wonderful quality time with family we haven’t seen for a while. The place is perfect. It’s beyond luxurious and has been designed beautifully, simply STUNNING. Daniel replied to any queries immediately and was generous allowing us to check in early and check out late. He also kindly gifted us champagne and beers which started our family reunion off a treat. The Hot tub and Sauna were a real bonus and we loved playing Boules.Thank you Daniel ! We will return.

Fantastic stay at a gorgeous house

New Years Eve Break

2 families consisting of 4 adults, 5 teenagers and 1 dog spent 3 fantastic nights here in Willersey. House was amazing and it's location was exactly what we were after. Great walks and beautiful villages near by. Home owners responded to all questions and queries very promptly. Would definitely come back. Lovely place.

What's not to like!

The Old Malt House is a lovely house with old bones but totally redone to update it. The kitchen is highly functional and is surrounded n two sides by sliding glass doors that link it to the extensive garden, hot tub, and sauna. The dining room looks as if one should attend in formal dress, but is very comfortable. The property owners have a relaxed approach that simplified settling in for a few days, providing access to kitchen supplies.

A superb property close to many places of interest and restaurants. Easy and prompt communication with the owners made our stay really easy. The house was well appointed with many rooms to enjoy together. All bedrooms were beautifully decorated and en-suites were well designed and provisioned. A great time had by all.

Incredible - a 15/10 property

Properties do not get any better. Every aspect of the place we stayed at was incredible. It wouldn’t surprise me if one of the owners was an artist while the other an interior designer. The photos speak for themselves. On a more granular basis the property has the right aspect and gets sun all day. The outdoor seating area has a heater and hence is warm and comfortable. The jacuzzi is clean, new and is easy to use. Coming and going is a seamless task. Off street parking means you don’t worry about your car. There is nothing about this property to complain about. Superb all round.

The most wonderful place to celebrate a big birthday

Luxury in abundance - that's how the whole weekend felt. Every little detail has been thought of. We are a family of 9 who were able to be together when we wanted to be (all sat around the dining room table) but the Old Malt House is so well designed that no body felt that they were living on top of one another. My grandfather of 103 found the downstairs bedroom and walk in shower perfect. I loved the Cocktail cabinet and the full length drinks fridge. I'm desperate to have one of my own. It's the first time I've ever used a Dyson hairdryer - and I'm sold! Each of the rooms has an ensuite - one is shared between two rooms but that makes it so much easier for big groups. Sitting in the garden under the gazebo, I felt at peace and I know my family felt the same. The kitchen is just perfect. Stuff dreams are made of. I don't want to say too many more great things - as I don't want the house to become so busy that I can't stay again in the future. Plus I think it's nice to leave some details as a surprise...there's nothing that you won't like x

Weekend with friends

We had a wonderful weekend at the Old Malt House with a group of friends. The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and with lots of lovely touches. It had everything we could need, including a well stocked honesty bar with a very good selection. We loved the hot tub and sauna, and the views from the immaculate garden. Daniel was very helpful and responsive, providing extra flexibility on arrival and check in. The only disappointment was leaving! Would definitely love to return in future.

Fantastic property is great location

We cannot recommend this house highly enough. We stayed as a party of 7 for a special family birthday. The house itself has absolutely everything you could wish for - all mod cons and an eclectic range of decoration and furnishings. We had beautiful weather and so the wonderful outside spaces came into their own. The views up into the hills behind the house are spectacular and those fond of walking will find interesting nearby trails. Willersey village itself is picture perfect with two good pubs serving food. It’s only a 25-30 minute walk or short drive into Broadway with its wide range of shops and restaurants. Great time had by all and Daniel could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process.

The most amazing house in the an incredible setting

The stay was perfect from start to finish! The host was very helpful before arrival and whilst we were on our stay. I went for a relaxing and fun weekend with a group of friends and that’s exactly what we got! The house is beautiful and in an amazing setting! Don’t miss a chance to stay here!

Upon arrival at the property, the cottage appears well-kept and tidy, resembling a traditional English Cotswold cottage. However, as you open the gate, the ambiance completely transforms to a large garden with vibrant flowers and a stunning, light-filled, modern glass kitchen extension. This modern addition is a stark contrast to the initial impression from the road but complements the property beautifully. The house is equipped with everything you could need and exudes a remarkable style that immediately felt like home as soon as we stepped inside for a weekend getaway. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, appreciating the excellent facilities, ideal location, and the privilege of being able to stay in such a delightful place. And who could forget the disco ball in the kitchen! The hosts were amazing, and the home itself was a true gem. We look forward to returning soon for another memorable stay.

Amazing weekend stay at this beautiful Cotswolds house

We booked the Old Malt House for a girls weekend away and we were all blown away with it! Great location, stunning garden/ outdoor space and a beautifully decorated house down to every little detail! Perfect socialising spaces, very comfortable rooms and all applicable amenities you could need for your stay. The host was extremely helpful in the build up to our stay, providing all useful details in advance and answering any questions/providing recommendations very promptly. There was also a helpful and detailed welcome book upon arrival and contact details provided should we need any further assistance. The check in/out process was also so easy, safe to say we were all sad to say goodbye to this lovely house :-) Would strongly recommend!

Wonderful stay for a late 30th birthday celebration/Easter weekend

Came back yesterday after visiting this wonderful property with our friends for a late 30th birthday celebration / Easter weekend stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and the pictures provided by VRBO do not do it justice at all. We were blown away by the interiors and loved all of the extra features including the disco ball. Lots of notes were also taken for inspiration for our own homes. Additionally, it’s really well equipped which was great considering we cooked at the house most of our stay. The jacuzzi in the garden was also an extra bonus, lovely and warm and used by all. The gardens are exceptionally well kept and the views were stunning from the kitchen. The champagne and mini egg chocolate on arrival was also a really lovely touch. The location was ideal for visiting surrounding villages with Broadway only being a 6 minute drive away and multiple golf courses. The private parking in the property also meant none of our party had to worry about finding parking spaces. In all we managed to fit 5 cars in the space allocated for cars. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your property and we can’t wait to visit again. For anyone considering staying at this property book it as I can promise you, you wont regret it.
