Las habitaciones están muy bien, a 25 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad, y a 15 minutos andando de la Universidad de Leicester, justo al lado se encuentra el Blues bar and grill, con unas hamburguesas muy buenas y una execelente atención, también disponen de más platos, carnes, hot dogs, etc.”

“This is never a 4 star hotel! I was really disappointed, Expedia said breakfast was included but they don’t even serve breakfast. Waited 20 minutes in the morning to check out and no one was in reception. Another lady also checked out and said her room smelled of smoke and didn’t feel safe in the hotel. “Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain.
