Our trip began with a minor inconvenience, but it was quickly resolved. Upon arrival, the batteries in the door keypad were depleted, which prevented us from entering the cabin. Kim responded promptly and arranged for Mr. Danny to assist, and within about an hour we were able to enter the cabin.The cabin was very clean and well maintained. We did experience a small learning curve with the oven, as it is more advanced than what we are accustomed to using. Mr. Danny was once again quick to help and kindly showed us how to operate it. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. The only recommendations we would make is to update the amenities list online. We did not bring an iron or ironing board, as we believed one would be provided based on the listing. While the dryer helped reduce wrinkles, an iron would have been helpful. The cookware could also be updated as they’ve been well used.Aside from this, everything was excellent. The house was in great condition and very clean. While the mountain view is somewhat limited, there is a small opening between the trees that offers a beautiful view, as mentioned by another reviewer.Overall, we were very pleased with both the management and our stay!
