Close to the State Park, hiking trails, Mountain Fork River, Wineries, breweries, restaurants, shopping and Hochatown nightlife, but secluded!

the RISER is a modern, luxury, 1 Primary Loft with an additional Private Bunk Room, 1 bathroom cabin featuring a beautiful wraparound patio with outdoor lounge areas, a hot tub, and an amazing outdoor firepit!

The cabin inside features an open, warm family room with a modern, no-hassle gas fireplace, 65 inch streaming TV and beautiful, large windows that surround the living area. This will help you to enjoy the outdoor scenery while still in the private comforts of your cabin!

The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances and a mini coffee bar. The breakfast area and bar area can accommodate up to six guests. The card games and Jenga will provide additional entertainment inside on a cold evening.

There is a luxury King bed in the Primary Loft and the Private Bunk Room has a Twin over Full Bunk for additional sleeping and space with a 32 inch streaming TV and gaming capability. The bathroom features an LED mirror and a walk-in couple's shower with two separate rain shower heads. You will enjoy modern comfort but feel nestled "in the trees".

There is also a full-sized washer and dryer for those desiring a longer stay.

The front deck boasts a bistro table to enjoy your morning with your coffee while listening to the birds and breathing the fresh mountain air. The side deck also has additional large modern "egg" seating for more privacy. The back deck has large, comfortable lounge furniture to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The back patio is so spacious and perfect for outdoor entertainment and games, provided cornhole boards, a Weber gas grill, comfortable seating areas and a large hot tub perfect for entertaining or a quiet, romantic getaway!

There is also a larger beautiful fire-pit area perfect for family gatherings and story telling. This is the perfect place for s'mores and memories!

The cabin is privately nestled in the trees yet close to downtown Broken Bow. The state park is a just a 10 minute drive away and there are many restaurants, wineries and entertainment options for the entire family!
