Great house. Here is the issue. The property management company failed on all fronts. We had to fight wasps inside the house. Killed over 50 wasps. We went back and forth with property management company and all we got was lip service and a can of wasp spray. There were tenants present with severe medical risks should they have gotten stung (Eppy pen at the ready and know location of local hospital). We shared this with the property management company and all we got was lip service and about 4–6 hours later a can of wasp spray. We asked to some sort of refund as we had to leave the property during the day when wasps were active. We were denied our request. I believe the name of the property management company is Treeline. So beware before booking any property manager by them. There were also several cob and spider webs inside the property. Whoever is supposed to clean it doesn’t do a good job. I regret having to leave a negative review. However it was the only option. 14 texts including a video to the property management company to address the issue is unacceptable by any measure of reasonable expectation. The property management company may have a corner on the Broken Bow market so just be aware when booking your BB getaway.
