Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are welcome per cabin with a $150 pet fee per cabin, with a maximum of 4 dogs total across The Haven.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.

EV Charger Information
The Haven includes 240V EV chargers at both cabins for guest convenience. Guests should bring their own adapters and charging cables to ensure compatibility. Additional fast charging stations are also available nearby at Choctaw Casino.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

Event Policy
Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.
