We had an incredible stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need.The location was stunning — tucked away in nature, offering peace and quiet, yet still close enough to local attractions. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars.The hosts were amazing they clearly take great pride in making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. We appreciated all the little touches. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and memorable escape!

10th Anniversary Getaway

Mari and Dan were very helpful and kind. The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy. Everything was very clean and cozy. We would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful, quiet, enjoyable, comfortable getaway!

Absolutely one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The cabin was very well maintained, with all the amenities to make it feel like home. This quiet little cabin gave us a perfect place to rest and reset from our busy lives back home. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hochatown.

Immaculate Retreat with Peace, Privacy and Comfort

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, tucked-away cabin in the woods. It was the perfect peaceful escape for our small family, including our 18-month-old, who loved exploring and watching for birds from the many windows. The cabin was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (complete with kid plates and utensils). The quiet, secluded setting was peaceful, and the mornings on the back porch with coffee were relaxing. This cabin is close enough to town but felt like a true getaway. We'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay in nature. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful Get Away

We stayed at the Hygge House for a short get away. What a gorgeous cabin! We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying the quiet and perfect weather. We will definitely plan a return trip!

Our new home away from home!

This cabin is absolutely amazing! The trees and nature are breathtaking! Just a short drive to the highway and only a few miles north from a bunch of activities we found this cabin to be one of the best if not the best! Really clean and neat. The attention to details inside and out didn’t disappoint. We stayed for our anniversary and will DEFINITELY be booking again soon! Thanks Mari for the wonderful weekend stay!

Relaxing stay

We loved the location of the stay and the property overall. Thorough check in and out instructions. It was definitely a relaxing stay for 4 nights and loved the quiet and although there are properties nearby, most of the guests were quiet. In general, the property was kept very clean. One star was deducted because we had to wash all of the linens on the bed because there were hairs on the surfaces of the sheets.We went ahead and washed the pillows since they were discolored too. There definitely could have been a bit more laundry pods provided, since we used it all washing the sheets and blankets. In the photos, there are Mrs. Meyers cleaning products and dish cleaning soap shown and stated Dove body soap (there was only a small, hotel size 2x1 size thin soap) and no body wash anywhere. There was no dish soap provided to hand wash dishes, and no access to any of the cleaning supplies. There was a grocery store 30min away we were able to buy more supplies, but just wished we knew to bring the extras with all of our other supplies, so we could save an extra trip. The living room couch could definitely use a shampoo/deep clean because when you sit on it, your skin begins to itch. We chose this property because of the reviews and claims of cleanliness, but was a bit disappointed. I rarely leave a 4 star but when I came to relax and ended up doing more work, it took away from the stay.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

We wanted to take a weekend away for my girlfriend's birthday and neither of us had ever been to the Broken Bow/Beaver's Bend area. This cabin is located about 10 miles north of Hochatown, which is the town around where most of the activities are located. If you're looking to stay closer to the actual town of Broken Bow, this might be a little bit of a hike. For us, it was perfect. Isolated, but not "too isolated". A beautiful cabin in beautiful woods. Actually, calling it a cabin doesn't do it justice. For a one-bedroom house, it felt HUGE. High vaulted ceilings. Awesome back patio with hot tub and gas-timer fireplace and grill, a wonderful 2-person shower and tub. Nicely furnished amenities throughout. We both remarked how we could happily live there year round. Now, it's a rental, so not the most comfortable bed or sofa I've ever been on, but those are minor quibbles. We give it 5 Stars across the board. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thanks! RH
