**Coming July 2026: New Outdoor Amenities at Skip A Rock**
Starting early July 2026, Skip A Rock will feature a new heated resort-style swimming pool with tanning ledge and gazebo with TV, a deck sauna overlooking the pool and pond, a lighted pathway leading to an elevated pond viewing deck, and a private 4-hole mini golf area. Sleeping capacity will also increase to accommodate up to 20 guests.

Outdoor improvements are scheduled between June 8 and July 2 on weekdays only, and those dates are blocked on the calendar. Weekend stays during this time will not have active workers on site, and renovation areas will be safely sectioned off to minimize any impact.

⭐️ HOUSE RULES ⭐️
-No parties permitted, per Airbnb regulations.
-No pets. No exceptions.
-No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the cabin.
-No fireworks permitted.
-Maximum occupancy: 16 adults and children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or immediate rental termination with no refund.
-Must be 24 to rent, and person booking must be present during the entire stay.
-You will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will require you to upload your license.
-A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge. This deposit will be collected via a platform-approved third-party software.
** Any violation of the above will result in additional fee and/or immediate rental termination with no refund.**

-No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad.
-Plenty of parking, including trailer parking, is available.
-For guest safety, 2 exterior cameras are installed, one at each exterior door (1 in the front, 1 in the side yard).
-Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service or any services provided by the county. No refund for outages or less than optimal speed or content.
-A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, K-cup pods, and salt/pepper is provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer/dryer is provided. Host provides towels and linens.
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
-Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
-Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
-This cabin is located in the forest and it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open might invite some of them in, despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest control company to minimize encounters, but please note that refunds won't be provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters.
-Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.
