First impressions right, after it had been raining for 3 days we arrive to nice cool weather. The entire porch and outdoor furniture was covered in thick pollen and dust. We never sat in the outside furniture not unless you wanted to be covered in pollen dust. It would have been easy to hose down the deck and brush off the furniture. The hot tub water was not fresh, had green alge growing on bottom, i own propery and lease it myself so i know a proper cleaning when i see it. The cleaning crew needs to be re trained, but probably not going to happen because there is no local management. When you call you get India or some offshore location. Mangement needs on site managers that can respond to tenants. We asked for a new can opener and got lip service from a forgeiner. Had to open cans with a pocket knife which sucks. Bedding smells bad not fresh. Sofa was stained up from others. Other then the poor cleaning the cabin was awesome design and location. Very new and modern who every built these intended for nice accomidations to bad local managers and cleaners are sub par. Need to go through this hole place with an upholstry cleaners and wash all the comforters in an industrial machine. Thats what i would do. Air conditioning and heat worked good but the unit is noisy and close to bedroom windows which woke us up several times. Appliances are nice, toilets and showers great. Lots of tv,s but i dont care for that, trying to get away from screens. It helped with the kids a bit.
