The Equestrian Oasis is located just outside the city limits of Broken Bow, approximately 5.5 miles south of Hochatown near the first 259A entrance. This is a quiet wooded neighborhood with nearby homes, which is common for the area. ️

Please note:
Pool Heating: If outside temperatures drop to 38°F or below, the heater automatically shuts off; therefore, heating is not guaranteed when temperatures dip to 38°F or lower. It will restart when the temperature rises above 38°F. The pool is heated with propane and reaches 85-90. We require at least 48 hours' notice to heat the pool. The pool heating fee is $125/night, and we require a minimum of 2 consecutive nights if pool heating is requested.

- Outdoor security cameras are installed facing the exterior door. Cameras record when motion is activated.
- No parties are permitted per platform regulations.
- Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome, $150 dog fee. Pet must be disclosed during booking.
-No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the cabin.
-No fireworks permitted.
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Exceeding this number results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
-Must be 24 to rent, and person booking must be present at the property during the entire stay.
-You will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will require you to upload your license.
-Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service or any services provided by the county. No refund for outages or less than optimal speed or content.
-A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, K-cup pods, and salt/pepper is provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer/dryer is provided. Host provides towels and linens.
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
-Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
-Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
-This cabin is located in the forest and it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open might invite some of them in, despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest control company to minimize encounters, but please note that refunds won't be provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters.
-A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge. This deposit will be collected via an Airbnb-approved third-party software. Alternatively, we can place the hold with Airbnb. Please reach out for details.
