The decor and layout of the cabin was cute. It seemed like a good place to go if you have a kids, lots of games and it's not right on a busy roadway. The host was very prompt to respond when we reached out to ask questions, and we really appreciated that. BUT the fact they included an envelope asking for a tip for the cleaner was laughable; there were cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the floor that wouldn't have been there if the floors had been mopped or swept throughly. There was a black widow in her web right on the front door. I found several long dark hairs in the bathroom floor and shower. (I have blonde so I know they weren't mine) Also, the wifi signal was super weak. The worst offense, however, was the hot tub. The hot tub is the main reason we booked this cabin because that is usually the highlight of our getaways in Broken Bow. But after getting in and turning on the jets for the first time the water looked like a snow globe. I'm not exaggerating. Hundreds of white flakes (looked almost like dead skin but I pray to God that I'm wrong 😅) and LOTS dirt and more of those infamous black hairs were swirling around us. Clearly they don't empty it every time as they claim. We were highly disgusted and disappointed.
