Awesome home for family vacation!

Our family vacation was a success. We have 12 people in our family, for now, and we had a blast. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, awesome scenery. Will be back!

Friend Retreat

The location of the property was perfect. It is secluded from other properties. We loved the large deck and hot tub. The AC worked very well. Beds were comfortable. It was a great retreat for 4 couples , we all had our own bedroom with full bathrooms.

Beautiful property but has some issues

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the cabin, the property was beautiful and the cabin was clean and accommodating. However there were several issues encountered along the way, we couldn't get the dishwasher to work, the kitchen sink started leaking in a major way, only one half of the grill worked, only half of the jets in the hot tub worked, and we couldn't get two of the tvs to work. The communication leading up to and during our stay was not as good as I've experienced with other VBRO hosts, as there was a lack of information provided and a lot of delayed responses. The posting was slightly misleading as far as how many persons the cabin accommodates so future renters need to be sure to read through every detail. I would recommended this cabin to other renters IF I knew the above issues were corrected.

Secluded Cabin

We loved how this cabin was not right up to other cabins. We rented the garage apartment too which is great for an additional family. The only thing we needed that was not provided were extra blankets and sheets. If you are putting a family in each room and plan on putting young kids on an air up mattress or on the couch, bring extra blankets as they were to provided.

We loved the Summerset Lodge!!! Beautiful and big house! Perfect for large families or groups!

We loved staying at the Summerset Lodge. The house and grounds are beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice!. We had 5 families and it had everything we need. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The heater went out in the additional house and the owners were very responsive and had extra space heaters out in no time. Would definitely go back!

Felt the AD WAS MISLEADING AS TO THE 5TH BEDROOM. should read 4 bedrooms with 5th available for $$

Loved there were board games and even though all had pieces missing the kids had a great time. Loved the hot tub. Weather was great and view was beautiful.
