“Fantastic historical hotel”

“We booked our 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite months in advance. When we checked in we were told no suites were open for stays. Instead we were put in a standard hotel room. It was decent, though a little outdated. But it was not what we paid for. After a little back and forth, the manager offered us a second room "comped ". Which we actually didn't need since half our party couldn't make the trip at the last minute. However, we had already paid in full for the price of the suite, so we then requested...

“Once again, it said free breakfast and no breakfast was available. The building and And room smelled musty. Lights didn't work. Run down.”

“The room's need to be updated (renovated). Tv in the room only had 4 channels. Beds are ok but the rest need serious update ”
