Hermosa casa con vista al mar en la majestuosa costa de Oregon

Ubicada en el puerto deportivo de Brookings, Oregon, esta casa costera tiene lujo simple y maravillosas vistas de la Marina y el Océano Pacífico y fácil acceso a TODOS.

La casa ofrece 4 dormitorios y 3 baños en un diseño de tres niveles. En el nivel principal hay una biblioteca con dos camas individuales, un baño completo, un dormitorio con cama Queen y la entrada a la sala de estar, comedor y cocina. El nivel de escaleras tiene el dormitorio principal con baño completo y dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. El nivel de abajo tiene la sala de juegos con un dormitorio adicional, un baño completo y un dormitorio con una cama Queen. Toda la ropa de cama es nueva, con especial atención al lujo y la comodidad.

La entrada frontal y la habitación con ventana que da al frente dan a un hermoso y tranquilo patio y todas las ventanas que dan al frente (superior e inferior) cuentan con vistas al puerto deportivo y al océano Pacífico. La sala de estar cuenta con techos de 17 pies de altura, amplios asientos para 10 personas, una chimenea de leña, revestimientos de piso de lujo, un televisor de 65 ", reproductor de DVD, cable y wifi, y un paquete de cable premium. La mesa del comedor tiene amplios asientos para 8+ o más, y un estéreo y reproductor de DVD. La cocina tiene equipo completo, tiene mesas para más de 12 personas, utensilios de cocina y utensilios de alta gama y electrodomésticos de mostrador, como máquinas de café espresso y utensilios de cocina. The Game Room cuenta con elementos de juegos clásicos, estéreo, televisión y reproductor de DVD, cable y wifi para toda la casa.

El acceso al puerto deportivo y a la playa se encuentra a menos de 1/4 de milla de distancia y a un corto trayecto en automóvil, scooter o bicicleta (5 minutos). La casa también se encuentra en la desembocadura del río Chetco y tiene un excelente microclima. Esta área es la línea de la costa de Wild Rivers con el río Klamath, el río Smith, el río Winchuck, el río Chetco y el río Pistol, todos convergen en el Pacífico en un tramo de 40 millas. This house is amazing! The views, location and layout couldn’t have been better. It’s perfect for multiple couples or families as there is so much separate space but a big open kitchen and family room for time together. Being minutes away from the harbor and beach was so convenient and you can’t beat the views. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided all the help we needed while we were there. There were detailed instructions left for everything in the house and the check in and out process was so easy. There are a lot of stairs so something to keep in mind if you have little ones. Every floor has a full bathroom with a bathtub which is great if you have children with you. It was clean and well stocked and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and we will definitely try to stay here again!

We loved this home! My family had a reunion and we reserved three different vacation homes. But, it was unanimous that THIS property was the best one, so all of our hang-out and game nights happened here. It had the perfect amount of open space, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the view was outstanding.

The best view of the harbor

We were lucky enough to book this wonderful location for the Memorial Day Weekend which included the Azalea Festival in Brookings. The house was perfect! Large and spacious, clean with classy decor, light and bright. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy a beverage while watching the boats come in and out of the river and into the harbor. Beds were awesome and the kitchen was well organized, especially for a family that cooks! We enjoyed every aspect of this location. Thank you to our wonderful hosts, David and Sain!

You don’t have to look any further

This house was absolutely perfect. Clean, well furnished, well organized, had everything you need to have an amazing stay in Brookings. The view was beautiful from the main level and the lower and upper bedrooms. Even the one bedroom that did not have an ocean view had a nice view of the front yard which was also lovely. Tastefully decorated comfortable beds and cozy couches. It was rainy during our stay and the real fireplace with wood provided was absolutely one of my very very favorite things. The easy peasy directions for leaving the house after our stay was another bonus. Take the trash out and dishes in the dishwasher. And leave! I would give this place six stars if I could. Family of eight adults perfect visit!

Thanks So Much!

This property was of the nicest we've ever stayed, and so reasonable! We had three couples, and all were very comfortable, including a lower floor that's like its own apartment and an upper floor with lovely bed and bath and awesome view of the harbor. The kitchen was well-appointed and an easy one for a group to hang-out. The deck is wonderful for cocktails in the sun. And, we could bring the dog - Thanks so much!!

Amazing Location & Property

I could go on forever with how amazing this location was to stay at for a week! The house was very spacious for our large party, Sian was awesome to work with and very responsive, we loved the views, beautiful gardens, the house was very well kept and had everything we needed! Beautiful View

From beginning to end, it was beautiful. The pictures didn’t do the view and house justice. It was incredibly restful and perfect to have family come for dinner! Gourmet kitchen with everything you needed to cook with. Beds were so comfortable! Incredibly clean. Never wanted to leave. The house and yard were beautiful. Lots of space. The views from the patios and bedrooms were great. The pics don’t do it justice. The kitchen was well stocked and had all that we needed to cook meals. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We would stay here again for sure.

Relaxing and comfortable.

This house has the best equipped kitchen of any house my women’s group has ever stayed. The views of the harbor and ocean beyond are spectacular. Our host Sian was so very accommodating making sure we all had everything we needed. We loved this home it was our second retreat there in two years.
