We had a large group of friends have a reunion in this house and it was an incredible space! We've had a reunion like this annually for over ten years and this is, by far, the nicest house that we've rented for it. The property appears very well cared for, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was VERY clean and also nice and warm in April, the hot tub was hot... It was great. With 25 adults, the house was full but never felt crowded. There are so many great spaces for sub groups to connect and chat. The kitchen had everything that we expected and more. The location is incredibly peaceful, serene and private. We loved our stay and are strongly considering it again next year!

The place was awesome! Very clean and well stocked for the amount of guests we had. This was our 12th year going on a trip and our first year at this place. By far the best indoor pool we’ve had! We will definitely be considering this place again!

Enjoyable place! Clean and the heated pool/hot tub were a huge hit for the kids in wintertime! Our biggest suggestion would be to not require so much cleaning by the guests before leaving, especially since we paid decent-sized a cleaning fee. Having the guests need to wait until the dishwasher finished washing to unload the dishes was over the top based on our other experiences as a group. Also, we understand needing to know which beds were used, but stripping all the pillow cases and such seemed again like something the cleaning fee should have covered. Taking out all the trash from each of the bathrooms all over the house and then we were expected to transport the trash to the (overflowing) dumpster at the end of a long driveway, but only a few trash bags were provided so we ran out and had to provide our own which is not something you want to make a trip for on a vacation. It would be helpful to have a few more basics you might expect – there were only 4 beach towels for a house capacity of 27, no plastic bags or foil or cling wrap. Otherwise the kitchen was stocked with big pans, double oven, nice big sink. Appliances worked well except the kitchen circuit tripped with too many appliances plugged in. Smart fridge was fun and lots of garage parking. Fun pool balls. A significant injury requiring a trip to urgent care happened because the pool access cover wasn’t screwed down and someone slipped down into the hole and scraped the front of their shin badly.

Large family stay

This was a family weekend of 25 of us and we found the kitchen very good for preparing all our meals. There was plenty of towels and toilet paper. The setting is quiet and secluded which we enjoyed very much. The pool was nice, there was plenty of parking and outdoor activities spaces for the yard games we brought such as bocce ball, etc. Some beds were firm and some beds were soft, something for everyone. Check in and check out were easy and well communicated by the hosts. Thank you for everything!

Family Reunion

Great venue for family reunion. Indoor pool a huge hit; multiple staircases were great fun for the little ones. Had complaints about 2 bedrooms not having ventilation. (One appears to actually be a large closet for the primary suite; the other the sunroom, which have been adapted for rental.) Bring fans. Our folks had to sleep with doors open. Very minimal dishwashing and laundry supplies so bring your own; bring foil, plastic wrap and bags for food storage. Requirement of no shoes, so be prepared with alternative foot coverings. Floors are cold. Wonderful grand table where we all fit for meals, including a Christmas in July celebration. WiFi not strong. But on the whole, a big winner!

Very spacious. We had 23 people (6 mos. to 66) Folks had many places to separate, to relax, play games, nap, read, watch tv or chat. Great kitchen table to seat all us for meals & games. Some of the bedrooms needed closets for hang up clothes and more luggage stands or a dresser. The kids mentioned they would have loved an outdoor basketball hoop (we’re from Indiana). Everyone had fun writing notes/messages to each other on the refrigerator smart screen. Communication with the owner was great too Overall we had a great stay.

Awesome Family Weekend in Our Beautiful VRBO Rental

15 family members gathered for our parent's 65th wedding Anniversary. Everyone was impressed with the comfort and size, the cleanliness, and the amenities of the home. The heated indoor pool and downstairs game room were added bonuses and so relaxing. The pictures online do not do justice to how amazing this place was! The rental was fully stocked with everyday items we didn't even know we needed. There were large gathering spaces and the kitchen/dining area were large enough to accommodate everyone at the same time while there were also spaces if you wanted some quiet time to yourself. The outside was also spacious and offers a variety of activities including a firepit area, playground, hot tub, and grilling area

Our large family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property tremendously. There were plenty of different areas to hang out and visit, play cards and have meals. It was very clean and well appointed. Great place!
