She shares great recommendations for hiking, fun places to get almost any kind of food you may be craving. This is not a fancy cottage, it's absolutely perfect for relaxing and is a perfect location for hiking and exploring. The stairs are very steep and the old fashioned claw foot tub with shower needs to be navigated...

“Inside and outside of property was outstanding. I enjoyed my morning coffee on a beautiful sunny deck watching my son and his dog walking across the very large field and down to the water. The beds were really comfortable. The bathrooms, one on each level, were all one could want. Our hosts were very pleasant and helpful. We were absolutely pleased with this private accommodation ”

“Property was well maintained and check out, with no requirements, was amazing. We had yurt 8 which while the most convenient is right by the road. Luckily it’s not too busy but would have preferred to not hear cars driving by. Common space with a camp fire and games was great. A little far for groceries but otherwise a pretty central location for Bar Harbor and Acadia. ”
