We always have a great time.

We have rented this property a few times and always have a great time. The home's open concept and large yard makes it a perfect gathering place for a family get together.

Peace & Quiet

The host was excellent! The home was clean and it was fully supplied with towels, dishes, flatware etc. You need nothing to stay here. The location was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves here.

Nice private home with plenty of room to spread out. Special items are available for bathroom and kitchen. 3 bedrooms allow pick of bed. Very nice place with a large deck for outdoors.

Perfect Comfort, Perfect Location

For our family, this was a perfect fit. 3 nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds. The property, both inside and outside, were well maintained. We weren't able to enjoy the large outdoor living area and yard due to the weather, but it looked like it would be a nice area for kids to play. The location was great for us, close enough to everything in Greensboro but with the feel of living in the country.

Perfect!!

Such a perfect place to stay. All of the amenities of home. Comfortable beds. Clean. Lovely farmhouse decor and a great host. Ashley was so responsive and helpful!! Looking forward to renting again next year!!

Quiet getaway with everything you need

Enjoyed four nights at this well maintained house. Comfortable beds with clean bedding, cool A/C, fast internet are all we needed during our soccer tournament in Greensboro. Host is thoughtful enough to provide a well stocked pantry to allow us to cook simple meals without buying spices. Btw check out Cugino Forno pizza while you're in Greensboro.

Clean and Quaint

The home was exceptionally clean and quaint. The location was close enough and easy access to the airport and market. My only reservation is that there is only 1 shower/bath for a 3-bedroom home. With 4 people, that was a bit of a trick to get ready.

Nice little house

The house was just what we needed for out visit. The layout was good for having the family visit, and I've never stayed in a place with such a well-supplied kitchen. The only problem is that not everyone likes Keurig style coffee. We had to borrow a regular pot from a family member.

Quaint, Quiet and Comfortable!

We are interior designers visiting NC on a business trip to High Point Market. We decided we didn't want to stay in a hotel in the thick of market so chose to stay a little outside the city. We were so pleased with this VRBO! Every single detail has been thought through and we absolutely wanted for nothing during our stay. The property manager was easy to work with and responsive. I highly recommend this little home away from home to anyone wanting to stay in this area!

Very nice house

The property was very well cared for. Furnishings were comfortable, including the bed. Overall, I had a great stay. The only thing that I would comment on is that the description mentioned "5 acres" which I took to mean "secluded". However, there were houses on either side, so it was not as secluded as I expected. The lawn was well kept on either side, with little to block the view of one of the neighbors' house. There were kids playing, so there was some amount of noise. But the neighboring houses were 100 - 200 yards away, so this didn't diminish my enjoyment of the stay. I only mention this because the description says 5 acres, which I took to mean you wouldn't see or hear any neighbors. This is something to keep in mind if you want to truly be secluded. Though drive times to Greensboro were a little longer than other places I've stayed at previously in Greensboro, the slightly longer drive times amounted to a minimal increase, which was well worth not being in the city. I'll also mention that the property owner was very kind to call me because I forgot my suit in a closet. She called me early enough in the day that I was able to pickup my suit before the next guest arrived on the property. My 5 star rating reflects my overall satisfaction and enjoyment of my stay.
