I was impressed.

We did not use the pool or eat breakfast there. We arrived late and left very early. Very impressed with how clean it was. Easy check in.

Unfortunately, this was a one-night stay for us, a waypoint. We use this particular route frequently and fully plan on using this Best Western we've ever used.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I believe this is an older property but its very nice and presented well.

Super hotel

I was in town for work the following day and was skeptical about this small town and the conditions of any of the non-branded name hotels. But after reading the reviews from other guests on Hotels.com, I felt confident that this hotel would be ok. It was more than ok, it was terrific. The staff was friendly, had a flatscreen Samsung TV, and the room was cleaner than my own house (don't tell my wife). The owners really take pride in their hotel and it shows. I will definitely stay here again when in town.

Comfortable !!

At first glance we thought this hotel would be a dive... But after checking in and getting into the room, we realized looks are deceiving. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. A nice little town as you travel through Texas. There is also a very nice steakhouse just down the street that surprised us as well... highly recommend Amber's Creekside Steakhouse. We will stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The motel was especially clean and well maintained for a small town off the beaten path. The staff was courteous and responsive.

Can't go back there.

We were desperate to get to a family funeral and all hotels in all the nearby towns were booked for some reason. We discovered booking online that the desk is not staffed full time so we had to call them personally to make sure someone would be there to sign us in. (??????) They had decided to put on a new roof while having customers below. The roofers blocked off all the parking in front of the rooms and debris falls off the roof, even when they are aiming for a dumpster. My mom is in a wheelchair. This motel has ONE handicapped accessible room - ONE. No, we didn't get it. We couldn't even get parking close to our room, or even near a ramp to get up on the sidewalk in front of the rooms. The room was cramped with two beds and to our horror, the bathroom doorway was too narrow for my mom's wheelchair to get through so she could attempt to move onto the toilet, which had a loose seat. We finally had to use a desk chair that got her close enough to use the doorknob and the side of the door. The bathtub had a rail on the inside wall, which didn't help us. When we left, a large piece of debris fell off the roof and bounced off the ground right at our door which we had just taken two steps away from.The air conditioners were not on when we arrived, so the rooms were hot. The curtains wouldn't close all the way and the roofers didn't leave until dark, almost nine PM. My sister's room had a broken toilet lid as well.

Excellent for Small Town Inn

The beds were hard but the rooms were nice for an inn. Not hotel quality but great for the small town. I would recommend this facility.

Very clean and affordable. Very nice staff.

We enjoyed our stay there. It was very clean and had a pool. It was a quiet place to stay. And had easy access to the highway.

Great value

Great value. Abilene hotels were all booked and the charming town of Coleman was on our route. Very clean and nice. The nonsmoking room was actually free of any smoke smell or residue.

Coleman Best Western

The Hotel was very nice, updated, clean and staff was friendly. They offered continental breakfast, and while the items were fresh the selection was very limited. Arrived after hours and there was some confusion about the reservation by the very nice, but elderly attendant. Overall, a good experience and would recommend. No problems to speak.

Very clean, very nice owners and employees

This was our first stay here and we were pleasantly surprised. Very very clean lobby and rooms. Night man was very nice. Owners very nice. Best continental breakfast I ever had. I travel to Coleman often and will stay here again.
