  • Spend a wonderful stay in this luxurious holiday home with pool and panoramic views.



    Villa Kalipso impresses with its calm, clear atmosphere, whose simple elegance is emphasised by large glass walls and light-flooded rooms. Spend relaxing hours in the open-plan living area, enjoy the vastness of the space and take in the view over a cup of coffee. Whether you're cooking together, chatting or listening to music, the house offers you plenty of space for peace and quiet and shared holiday experiences.



    Start the day with a morning coffee outside and enjoy the wonderful view over the countryside. Dive into the refreshing pool and play a game of water polo with the children. Afterwards, the sun loungers invite you to sit back and relax. Spend the balmy summer evenings outdoors and watch the colours of the sunset.



    Enjoy the quiet location in Nova Vas in the hinterland and discover the proximity to the Istrian coast at the same time. Take a trip to Maestral beach near Novigrad, where you can swim, dive or sail and enjoy the clear sea. If you are interested in culinary delights, visit wineries and olive oil producers and get to know the specialities of Istria. You also have the opportunity to take part in a guided truffle hunt and experience the regional culinary culture at first hand.

Wow, this stunning villa, where nothing is lacking in terms of comfort, provided us with a wonderful vacation full of peace and relaxation. Highly recommended. There’s no shortage of comfort here: beds made, plenty of towels, an ice machine for refreshing drinks, a ping pong table, and a Green Egg BBQ! Simply fantastic. The lovely pool with views of the mountains and the sea completed the picture. You do need to take the car for outings, though. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute drive away. But we didn’t mind. After the hustle and bustle of the beaches and surrounding towns, returning to 'our villa on the hill' in the evenings was just perfect.
