The villa sits on a fully fenced private plot of 200 m2, providing guests with a generous sense of privacy and security. A private angular swimming pool of 15 m2, with a depth of 140 cm, is available seasonally from 01 May to 30 September, offering a refreshing retreat during the warm summer months. Heating of the pool is available as an optional extra service. The property is equipped with internet Wi-Fi access, ensuring guests remain connected throughout their stay. On the main level, you are welcomed into a bright and elegantly furnished living and dining room that opens directly onto a terrace, alongside an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for your culinary needs. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this floor. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own air conditioning unit. Also on the upper floor, an open gallery area with characterful sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 60 to 200 cm features a rooflight and a double sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible additional sleeping space.
