“Great stay. Very clean and a good view of the lake. Very convenient location with restaurants and a Woolies metro located nearby. The only downside to our experience was the checkout experience was thane front staff kept asking if we ate breakfast when we did not. She asked 4-5 times and I was getting quite annoyed as she could have called the breakfast staff to check since she didn’t trust my response to her question. “Room was great but we were unable to connect to the TV to connect to streaming services. Most hotels these days have either a smart TV with this option or Foxtel channels. This is a perfect option for those cold nights in winter in Canberra.”

“Beautiful architecture from the 1920s when Parliament House opened in 1927. Restored to perfection. All the staff were migrants and all outstandingly polite friendly and helpful and I loved Pixel the Labrador the ex sniffer dog who lives with the General Manager I believe It’s an elegant statement of a bygone era and well managed. It’s a credit to everyone from front staff to the GM Well done”

“A modern and clean property in the heart of Canberra which includes a kitchen with a microwave. I loved the pre-arrival phone call with instructions, the friendly staff and the easy check-out process. Located walking distance from the Canberra Centre and the main food street in Canberra.
