Fantastic location, clean, nicely furnished house with a ton of room inside and out. Just a 5 min walk to east beach- or 2 min in a golf cart! Loved the salt water pool and HUGE backyard. Master BD is immense! Will definitely add to the check list for next time.

The property was lovely and well maintained. It was a bit annoying that we had to plan to bring extra trash bags and tilt paper given the daily rate but i did pack extra. Charging for heating the spa was also ridiculous since we only used it once. The extra fees added on were insane. Will definitely not rent here again

The property is incredible. It is just as advertised. It's comfortable, spacious, beautiful, convenient to local interests, and has everything you need, except spices and condiments, (and they warn you that they are not supplied.) The highlight is the incredible deck, back yard, and pool. The management company was great and responsive.

We had a great experience at the cottage! The communication, check in, accommodations, and location were all wonderful. We had a minor housekeeping issue we had to address once we checked in, but the property manager was extremely attentive and offered to come out immediately. I would definitely stay again!

Vacation Dream Home!!

Where to begin?? This vacation home far exceeded our expectations even though the listing on Vrbo, looked and sounded amazing. It was even better. Our family had an absolute lovely time staying here. Every possible detail to make a stay away from home feel like you are at home was thought of. Everyone one of us (all eight) agreed 100% that we would stay here again and again and again. And hope to as soon as possible. All of our family either lived and/or grew up on SSI, it was an awesome way to come back to relive and reminiss the old, and discover all the new and different. Thank you for sharing your fabulous home, we really couldn't have been any happier!! The family... King's, Mahood's, Galbraith's, and Harlow's : )

Truly immaculate!

As described, the house is immaculate! The backyard, deck, and pool are absolutely stunning and the house itself is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The street itself is nice and quiet and the location can't be beat. We will definitely stay here again!

Great home for family vacation

The home was very pretty with a great yard and pool. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and beach gear. The location was perfect with only 5 min walk to beach and 15 min walk to the Village with shops, restaurants, playground and pier. We would definitely stay there again, it was all we hoped it would be.

A quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to East Beach

The house is well designed for family visits and is an easy walk to the beach. Additionally, the house was extremely clean, the yard was very well maintained, and the heated pool (heating available with a heating fee) was great for the family, even on cool days. The house is relatively new, and had received a recent upgrade making it suitable for rental. It is located on a double lot, with a spacious and well maintained back yard. We had a minor problem with the oven, but the rental agency quickly responded and told us where the circuit breakers were located and how to reset them which solved the issue. Although not inexpensive, we thought the value was appropriate. We certainly will consider this property on our next visit to the Island.

This house is awesome! Perfect location for both the beach and the village, but with a spacious yard that worked well for outdoor fun. Well furnished, clean — everything we needed. And we loved that the dogs were welcome. I’ll definitely book again.

Family weekend getaway

We had a nice stay…the back yard was perfect for the dog and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool . Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the villlage. Would be happy to stay there again

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved the house it was BETTER than advertised. Great space, great yard and pool, great location. We were able to walk the dog to the beach and wife and I walked to the village. Had to weather hurricane Idalia one day and couldnt have had a more secure and fun place to be. Will book again
