El lugar está en una zona cercana a la estación de tren MIDI, actualmente con muchas obras viales que hacen difícil caminar y generan basura en las calles.En cuanto a su condición, el departamento pareciera indicar que cuenta con dos baños completos pero solo cuenta con un wc, esto hizo incómoda la estancia.Se nota que la casa estaba habitada de forma regular pues había comida en el refrigerador y ropa dentro de la lavadora. Al llegar, el departamento no estaba limpio y tuvimos que esperar a que terminaran de hacerlo.Las persianas de ambas recámaras están rotas y ello permite el paso de luz y la vista desde afuera, ello hace difícil dormir y sentir privacidad.En época de calor no lo estimo confortable, ayudaría tener aire acondicionado. La puerta de acceso a la terraza estaba rota y por tanto no se podía acceder a ella.

Overall it is a lovely apartment. Clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the train station although I wouldn’t have wanted to do it late at night, was glad I had a mid day arrival. There was a party one weekend night that went very late and was very loud, in the apartment complex.

Property was as listed. Entrance into the property was awkward but instructions were provided. Apartment was well stocked with some basic travel items - coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, jam. Much appreciated

The property is very clean in a secure building. Lots of room for three adults with the two separate bedrooms. It was hot when we were there, so more fans would be good, especially since the door to the balcony was broken and could not be open, which limited air flow. Also, the neighborhood is not the best, filthy area. Not the fault of the host at all as the unit is great. Just be wary if you are alone or in a women’s only group.

Very cool & modern place with tons of space, description & photos are accurate. It's conveniently located 5 mins from Zuid Midi Station. This was by far the best value we found in Europe visiting 10 countries. A previous guest damaged the patio door so it was a little cold but the host was responsive with solutions. Wish we stayed here longer.

Lovely well equipped appartment near the station. Check in process requires several steps, but is well explained by the owner. The breakfast supplies were very appreciated. Only downsides is that the apartment is very dark, even with all the lights on, and the concrete floors make it cold underfoot. Wish I had packed slippers!

Close to the train station and a short walk to attractions in the area. Plentiful supplies on hand and good space for the three of us. It was only one night, but we enjoyed our stay.

Overall the apartment was very spacious. It was a close walk to the city center. The host provided fresh bread upon arrival and the directions were very clear for getting into the place. That being said I would not feel comfortable in this area alone or with a group of women. There were men, only men in the streets at night and all day long. You would have to pass by them to get to city center. Also the house was not very clean. It needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom door is falling off and the vanity has a lot of water damage in the main bathroom. The balcony was unusable because the door was actually falling into the room. There was a blind missing on the front window and it was the window where lights were shinning in from outside. Also it was extremely hot and only one fan was provided for the entire apartment!

Lovely stay, fab location

Lovely accommodation, quick and easy to the center of Brussels, lots of shops around and near the train station. Accommodation was perfect for the family, really comfy beds and plenty of space. Clean and easily accessible too. Huge thank you! Would highly recommend!

Great place close to old town.

We loved it here… it was very quiet! It was about a 10 minute walk from all the action. Host is very helpful. I was somewhat disheartened when we first arrived because of all the metro construction out front. It turned out not to be a problem… we loved our stay!

Great experience

At first, it was a bit difficult to find the property, but the owner helped us and we found it. The property was big enough and had all the facilities, including some food and drinks. It is located just a few steps away from de Zuijstation (Gare du Midi) and not far on foot to the Grote Markt (Grand Place).
