Acogedora casa de nueva construcción a 35 pies de la bahía con impresionantes puestas de sol

Esta casa de 1000 pies cuadrados, a solo 35 pies de la Bahía de Green Bay, se construyó a mediados del año 2018. El entorno es pintoresco y tranquilo. El primer piso de esta casa de 2 pisos cuenta con una cocina con un refrigerador grande, cocina a gas, lavaplatos, microondas, vajilla y utensilios de cocina, un comedor, un medio baño y una sala de estar con vista a la Bahía de Green Bay.

La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas y un reproductor de DVD de rayos azules con una antena para estaciones locales. Hay juegos y rompecabezas proporcionados.
La segunda historia tiene 2 dormitorios. Cada habitación tiene una cama queen. Uno de los dormitorios también tiene una cuna y un rincón de lectura. Hay una segunda sala de estar en el segundo nivel con un retiro de reina. El segundo piso tiene un baño completo con doble lavabo, bañera y ducha.
Esta ubicación tranquila y privada ofrece una fantástica observación de aves, la playa de guijarros ofrece su selección de piedras perfectas para saltar y hay una zona de estar en la playa que ofrece vistas impresionantes.

The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. House is beautiful inside and out! Just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and relaxing, yet close to all the Door County sites and activities. Sunsets were incredible. Will definitely come again!

Great 2 day get away. Loved the house and being right by the water. Sunsets were awesome, fall leaves were spectacular ,especially in Peninsula State Park. Best of all, a majestic eagle flew right in front of us while enjoying a glass of wine near the water.

Duane and Linda are the ultimate hosts. The cottage is well appointed and in a spectacular location. Have stayed here with my wife, and another couple. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful outdoor space as well with spectacular view. Would stay here again!

The grounds were very well kept and impressive when we arrived. The sunsets and views are hard to beat. The house itself was very clean and well furnished. The dishes all matched and everything we needed to prepare meals and eat was supplied. We were impressed that there were even dishes for babies although we didn’t need them. Almost everything was well thought out. We would give this rental a five and half star rating except for a couple small things. There were too few towels. One bath towel each for a week is not enough and even more important there was only one hand towel for each bathroom to be shared by four people. That is simply not enough and isn’t sanitary. Our only other complaint was that the TV service seemed to be turned off on the morning we were checking out so we couldn’t even see the news and weather. We enjoyed our stay and our interaction with the hosts who allowed us privacy throughout the stay. We would return without hesitation and we highly recommend this rental and its convenient location to the rest of Door County which we loved.

What a beautiful place to stay. The house and the views were out of this world! Seriously , you can’t go wrong with renting this lovely home. The owners were very attentive and super nice. The property was wonderful. Although we didn’t need a lot, the house is equipped just like at home. You name it they had it. We will definitely stay here again when we head to DC.

We really enjoyed our stay, the Beach House was everything and more and the sunsets and the camp fires were more than we expected. Duane was a great host, informative, friendly and attentive. Over all, our stay was a 10+!

If you're looking for a waterfront getaway, your search ends here. Duane and Linda are wonderful hosts from the initial booking until check out. The house was perfect. Clean, all of the amenities and the outdoor space was a 10/10 too. This space was the perfect backdrop for a weekend retreat with friends.

This really was a unique stay for my family. The owners care about the condition and stocking of the home more than any other that I’ve ever given my business too. We were treated upon arrival by the owner Duane who was very personable and friendly. He told us that anything we may need they probably have and to just ask. After that we were given our space and privacy which was lovely. The home itself was immaculate and very well maintained. The outdoor space was peaceful and quiet. It really was a perfect stay for me and my family. Thanks!!

This beach house was perfect for our family and the views were stunning! My boys spent hours fishing off the dock and had a blast doing so. The owners live next door and are incredibly accommodating and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful and extremely clean. The owner made everything so easy, and they were very helpful in accommodating our needs by letting us know where to find firewood, matches, and getting the firepit ready with kindling. Would highly recommend!!

The hosts, Duane & Linda, have clearly put a lot of thought into creating the best experience possible for their guests. Duane provided a pile of kindling next to the fire pit, set up the fire pit for us, and Linda delivered fresh-cut flowers. It's the small things that make a difference. This beautiful beach house is right on the water; close enough that you can always hear the waves. The sunset views are incredible, and there is no better way to start the day than sitting on the dock sipping your morning coffee—the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
