Didn't receive check in instructions prior to our arrival.
There were standard check in instructions advising that if you arrive early you can leave your luggage, however no details were provided. Contacted Expedia and they couldn't get hold of the host prior, 3 different agents tried in addition to the messages I sent on the Expedia platform. We went to the address provided and encountered the cleaner who put us in touch with the host. To when we found out you can leave your luggage at The Liman hotel on the same street which is also operated by them. Once we got hold of the host, things went a lot smoother and he was hospitable. It was stressful prior. The accommodation itself is a good standard, however the sofa could do with a professional clean as there's a lot of marks on it and only has 1 cushion on it. There are also large cracks on the tv stand and some wear on the furniture. There is not 2 separate bathrooms as it appeared in the images. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, bath and double sink, then there is a separate toilet. It is a good location as the tram stop is literally outside the front door of the apartment building. You're not in the city centre but it's easily accessible with the tram. You just use your contactless payment when you board. Overall the place is a good enough standard for the price we paid with having 2 separate bedrooms and a small balcony off the master bedroom.
