SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10)

• Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed with a top-rated memory foam mattress, luxury sheets, a large Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring original '70s wallpaper.
• Second Bedroom: 1 Queen bed with a top-rated memory foam mattress, luxury linens, and a dedicated workspace.
• Third Bedroom: 2 Twin beds, each with a pull-out trundle (sleeps 4 total), all with luxury linens and top-rated memory foam mattresses.
• Living Room: 1 comfortable sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for two additional guests.
• A Pack & Play is also provided for our youngest travelers.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for big group meals or a quick breakfast. It features a stainless steel gas stove and modern appliances, including:

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire single-level home. This includes all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, and the large, fully fenced backyard.

Enjoy the convenience of seamless self check-in with a smart lock. Ample free parking is available in the private driveway and on the street.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. While we won't be on the property, we are always just a message away if you have any questions or need assistance with anything during your visit.

• Backyard: The large, fenced backyard is a great open space for you to enjoy. Please be aware that patio furniture is not provided at this time.
