You’ll be conveniently located just 3 miles from Texas A&M University and 2 miles from Downtown Bryan, making The Bryan Clubhouse a great home base for game weekends, Ring Day, graduation, campus visits, family weekends and exploring Bryan–College Station.

Guests have private access to the entire home during their stay, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, and laundry.

Two free parking spaces directly in front of the home are reserved exclusively for Unit A guests.

Self check-in is easy with a smart lock. Your unique access code and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.

A locked owner’s storage area is reserved for supplies and is not accessible to guests.

You’ll have the privacy of the entire home during your stay, but we’re always just a message away. We’re happy to help with questions, recommendations or anything you need while visiting Bryan–College Station, while giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay.

The home offers convenient access to Texas A&M, Downtown Bryan, Blinn College, Legends Event Center, the Brazos County Expo Complex and other area destinations.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
• The home is two stories. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs and require the use of stairs. The living room, kitchen/dining area and laundry are located on the first floor.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• This is a residential property, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet hours.
• Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
• During Texas A&M games, graduation, Ring Day and other major events, traffic throughout Bryan–College Station can be heavier than usual, so please plan accordingly.
