Fish Tales was a beautiful cozy cabin with a great view. Perfect for a one or two night stay for a goup playing some golf in the local area. Everything was fantastic and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The view is AMAZING. Could not have been more beautiful. All I wanted to do was sit on the deck the whole time. Check in was easy, and directions were clear. The only drawback is that the upstairs bedroom facing the lake doesn’t have curtains, so you have full light in that room as soon as the sun is up, so sleeping in later is probably not going to happen in there unless you have a sleeping mask or bring something to block the light.

Absolutely loved this cabin! The view was beautiful. Cabin was perfect size for our group of 5. Very clean, nice hot tub, and loved that firewood was provided for the fire pit. Communication with the host was top notch as well. Highly recommend staying at this cabin!!!

Cabin on a cliff.

The property was amazing, especially the view. We loved waking up early to watch the sunrise, some days from the deck and other days from the hot tub. The sunsets were also spectacular. It was a blessing to be positioned in such a way to see both the sun rising and setting clearly. All the views between were sweet too. When we had questions related to our stay, responses were quick and helpful. We also enjoyed the swimming pool area. There was plenty to do. The location of the cabin was near some beautiful experiences: hiking, kayaking, chasing waterfalls, playing pickleball. When it got dark, we enjoyed curling up together to watch movies and play board games. The kitchen area worked well for preparing meals at our home away from home too. We would highly recommend Fish Tales.

Comic con weekend getaway!

Of the 4 of us, 2 of us had stayed at Grant Summit previously (Eagle’s Nest) and had a great experience, so we came back… and brought 2 more! Once Again, the cabin was immaculate, cozy, serene, and even luxurious in some ways (hot tub, fireplace, view). It was incredible to just sit on the balcony- overlooking the mountains and Nickajack Dam- sip a refreshing beverage and read. The view from upstairs was even better! And the hot tub was the icing on the cake, especially because it was private and also offered a panoramic mountain/dam view as well! It is obvious the owners and staff at Grant Summit are empathetic and compassionate in providing just the right decor, furnishings, and amenities to make guests feel comfortable, valued, and even loved. Thank you so much!
