The space
The home offers abundant space for sleeping, eating, and connecting with your group. It's designed to be comfortable, with designer touches, and inclusive of many beautiful custom features, such as custom railing and barn wood that remind you of the surrounding beauty outside the home. During the build, our builders, Perkins Builder Brothers, documented several of the custom features of the home on their You Tube channel.

The home offers over 3,123 square feet of finished interior space, plus over 1,090 square feet of total outdoor porch space for your family. The 540 square foot covered porch is the most popular area for most of our guests.

The neighborhood offers a perfect balance of beautiful scenery, seclusion, and convenience. The neighbors are mostly local relatives who live in their primary residences.
