I wish I could figure out how to upload photos to my review, because gross. This cabin was in a great location, about 18 minutes from a grocery store, and still remote enough to feel like you weren't in the middle of everything. HOWEVER, the place was barely surface-level clean when we arrived. There were three rotting pumpkins on the main deck that had obviously been there since October (for full reference, it was April 1st). The pumpkins were so rotten that they were flat and a gross yellow/black moldy color. The couch was also COVERED in gross spills/stains from drinks. We had to wipe down the entire couch prior to sitting on it. The dishwasher was FULL of half-washed dishes, and there was leftover soap scum on everything. Turns out the dishwasher was broken and not cleaning properly, so we had to wash everything by hand. Several of the towels had brown stains on them, so we ended up washing every towel prior to using any of them.Additionally, you have no hope of using the hot tub during a rain storm or any kind of misty situation because it's not under a fully covered portion of the deck. The hot tub is located underneath an uncovered portion of the main deck, so when it rains, the runoff from the top deck drips through the moldy/algae-covered top deck directly on top of the hot tub. This is an easy fix. the hot tub just needs to be moved under a fully covered portion of the deck. There's more, but I'm out of space.
