“This place worked perfectly for a friend meetup near Wintergeen! Near Bold Rock cidery and three notch'd brewery, and we stopped at Bear Creamery for an ice cream flight! Laurie responds quickly, we found the house just as described. Comfortable and very clean, in a nice residential neighborhood. We appreciated the screened in porch and the A/C during the day. Highly recommend this getaway! ”

“Great out of the way place for a couple or small families. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware to make any meal from breakfast to dinner. The fenced in, sizeable yard is a great amenity for those with dogs.Finally, the night sky is phenominal. You can clearly see many stars and constellations without light pollution. Great for stargazing. ”

“We had a great 5 night stay. Room arraignment and bedding worked out perfect for our group. The pool, yard and basketball hoop were all a hit and kept everyone entertained. Lot's of nice brewery's around drinks and food. Played some golf and did a waterfall hike up at Wintergreen. Walked around Charlottesville also. Their was a nice walk right in the neighborhood where some saw a black bear, deer and lot's of bunnies. We had a great time and would recommend this home. Property manager...

“The home was beautiful and much bigger than advertised. There was 13 acres to the property with a beautiful pond and boathouse. We were celebrating my granddaughter‘s birthday and my great granddaughter‘s birthday. There was a lot for the children to do however, there was a lot of personal items around, a great deal of our time was spent telling young kids don’t touch. There was old food left in the refrigerator that had expired. The trashcan hadn’t been emptied and was left in the garage. There...
