Our apartment is located in a small pedestrian street in the center of Budapest.
The surrounding area is classic and elegant.
The neighboring streets are full of quality restaurants and cafes, where you can start and end the day. However, our street is peaceful and quite, where you can relax after a long day while still enjoying all the advantages of being in the center. It's a great starting point to see all the sights in the hall 2 min, Gellert Bath Rudas bath 12 min.

The public transport from the apartment is very good, you can go anywhere easily. The metro station is just in the corner. Europe's most beautiful tram line (tram line 2) is just across the street in front of the house. Two famous thermal baths (Rudas, Gellért) are within walking distance, across the Danube. The world-famous Great Market Hall just 2mins. Walking distance at the foot of Freedom Bridge.

HOUSE RULES

- 1. We have no reception desk, the key is given at a pre-arranged time.
- 2. Please return all the keys received as agreed previously at the handover.
- 3. Please always lock the doors to your apartment, i.e. the street door, the apartment door and the security gate if available. In case any apartment key would be lost you should inform us immediately; the necessary lock and key changes will be charged to you.
- 4. The apartment can be used only by our checked-in guests.
- 5. Please leave the apartment in the same general condition as you found it on arrival. Any damage caused during your stay must be compensated by you. Please respect the cleanliness.
- 6. Should you face any problem with the apartment while your stay, please inform us immediately.
- 7. At the check out please wash any used dishes and remove any rubbish, leaving the apartment in the same condition as you occupied it.
- 8. Pets are not allowed in the apartment .
- 9. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden is possible only in the balcony
- 10. This point is particularly important and no concessions will be made: Please pay respect to other residents of the house. Please close the doors carefully and silently, stay away from any behavior that can disturb any residents particularly after 9PM. We reserve the right to cancel the service immediately with keeping the whole fee of the rental if we receive any valid complaints from other residents of the house.
- 11. We do not accept reservations of people who rent the apartments for illegal activities or to invite escorts during the stay.
- 12. We do not accept reservations for stag or hen parties, or of football supporters coming to European Championship matches. Thank you for your understanding.

Fee of the internet and TV service and monthly building facility

-IMPORTANT -For bookings for one or two people only the large bedroom will be prepared for your stay, if you want to have 2 separate bed rooms you need to request it before your arrival and you will be charged an extra 10€ per night .
