La ubicación es excelente. Céntrico y siempre con gente por la calle porque está en una calle donde hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes. El desayuno correcto pero muy poca variedad. La úbica pega es que viajamos 3 personas y la tercera cama era un sofá cama y era muy incómoda.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado El hotel tiene una recepción muy pequeña. La habitación que me dieron era mínima y no responde a la foto que publicita la página. El desayuno normal La atención es buena y la gente de limpieza y recepción son amables y solucionan los problemas especialmente el recepcionista más joven cuyo nombre no recordamos .

Nuestra estància fué muy gratificante, el desayuno abundante y con productos locales. Habitación muy límpia, cuarto de baño nuevo, amplio y con una bañera grande. El personal de la recepción fué muy amable, ofreciendo información de como visitar la Ciudad y ofreciendo entrades para 2 balnearios. A mejorar es que no hay jabon, champú ni nada para facilitar el aseo en la habitación. Sólo y dosificador en la bañera.

Céntrico pero con muy mal olor.
En general las instalaciones del hotel están bien, el problema es que la habitación que nos toco apestaba, el baño tenía un olor terrible, lo reportamos pero no hicieron nada, creo que hay que pagar extra para que se haga la limpieza diaria de la habitación, el desayuno es un caos ya que no hay mesas suficientes para los huéspedes, se hace una cola larga y hay que estar esperando para tener una mesa. En general lo único bueno es la ubicación. Y las habitaciones que están muy cerca del elevador son terribles, escuchas todo el tiempo el elevador y a la gente hablando.

Pasamos 3 días muy agradables en el hotel Promenade. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena (en la calle peatonal, donde están las grandes tiendas Zara, H&M, etc.), cerca de todo y a un par de cuadras del Danubio. El desayuno muy variado y bien servido. No tengo comentarios negativos sobre el hotel, pero, eso sí, cuidado cuando se bañen, porque no hay mampara en el baño y si abren la ducha al máximo, se inunda todo!

Honestly was only for the night so I could do the markets and spend the day in the city. Staff friendly and my room was amazing. Enough space for one really enjoy the bathroom and the design and layout. The bed was a bit to firm for my taste but managed to get some rest. Highly recommend and within walking distance to a lot of places and a quick walk to the underground metro.
