Located just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy shores of Crooklets Beach, this property is the perfect location for beach lovers. At low tide, there are wide expanses of sandy beach, as well as rock pools just waiting to be explored. A few minutes further around the coast will bring you to another of Bude’s bays, this time with a tidal swimming pool which is free of charge and makes for a safe haven for swimmers. The town of Bude itself is a short stroll away and has many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and you could happily spend a week without going further afield. However, should you wish to there is plenty to see, including Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets, Launceston Steam Railway and the towns of Boscastle and Tintagel.

This terraced property is a perfect getaway for families with plenty of space to spread out and relax. To the ground floor is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is bright comfortable and spacious, with French doors leading out to the garden. There is a Smart TV here, but there will be no arguing over what to watch as the property also has a further living space, the cosy “snug” room which offers a Smart TV and DVD and an inviting wood burner effect gas fire. The kitchen area which is located in the main open-plan space is perfect for rustling up family meals, equipped with an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, Coffee Machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The property has three bedrooms, the first contains a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request at time of booking) and has its own TV, a further double bedroom and an L-shaped bunk room. There is a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC on the first floor and an additional shower room and WC located on the ground floor.

Outside is a pretty enclosed rear garden with patio and lawn area, garden furniture and a BBQ.
