Spend your days surfing or sunbathing at Widemouth Bay and nearby Summerleaze Beach in Bude (3.5 miles), or enjoy a bracing walk along the South West Coast Path, which runs directly above the bay with spectacular sea views. The vibrant town of Bude offers independent shops, cafés, a sea pool, and scenic walks along the canal towpath. Closer to home, enjoy local dining with sea views at Widemouth Manor, or treat yourself to artisan coffee and sourdough at the popular Electric Bakery in Bude. For family days out, the charming harbourside village of Boscastle is just 12 miles away, while Tintagel Castle (14 miles) promises legendary history and breathtaking views.


    Step through the charming stone mullion entrance and into this beautifully presented coastal retreat, where comfort, space, and contemporary style combine to offer the perfect base for a North Cornwall escape. On entering, you're greeted by an initial porch space to flick off those sandy shoes after a day at the beach. The true heart of the home lies in the impressive open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, where full-width bi-fold doors frame views out onto the terrace and garden beyond. The stylish kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped providing all the appliances needed for a stress-free stay, whilst there Is also an accompanying utility room for added convenience. Completing this open plan space is a large dining table which invites long, leisurely meals with friends or family. The first of two comfortable sitting areas is tucked into this space too, complete with a large L-shaped sofa and another Smart TV with Sky Stream — perfect for gathering together or giving guests separate areas to unwind. Heading on through into the welcoming main lounge is the ideal spot to settle after exploring the nearby coast path. An L-shaped sofa, additional seating, and a reclining two seater sofa are arranged around a cosy wood burner, making this a wonderfully relaxing hub in cooler months, while a Smart TV with Sky Stream ensures easy entertainment. Completing the downstairs is a thoughtfully designed bedroom suite, ideal for guests preferring level access. This spacious super-king-size bedroom features a dedicated dressing area, Smart TV, Sky Stream and access to a sleek en-suite shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower. A separate ground floor shower room provides additional flexibility. Upstairs, you'll find two further bedrooms and a contemporary family shower room.
