Fully equipped modern kitchen with Quooker boiling tap, wine fridge and quality appliances. Dining table for 6, with additional breakfast bar seating.

Bathrooms:
Family bathroom with bath & overhead shower. Master en-suite shower room.
Each bathroom has modern fittings, stocked with luxury shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Wellness Feature:
Private two-person Far Infrared Sauna arriving 7th May. Ideal for deep relaxation, muscle recovery, detoxification and better sleep after a day exploring the coast or warming up after a dip in the sea or Bude sea pool.

Outdoor space:
Private garden and patio with seating, plus an outdoor tap for rinsing off sand or dogs after the beach.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private garden and patio, for the duration of their stay.

There are a small number of locked cupboards used for cleaning and maintenance storage, which are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
House rules:

2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. A cleaning fee of £50 is payable. Please ensure all pet waste is cleared and pets are not allowed on furniture.

The garden is fenced but not completely dog proof, please keep dogs to your garden, and don’t allow them into other flats garden.

Check-in from 3pm. Check-out before 10am.

Maximum of 2 cars per booking.

No smoking inside the property.

No parties, events or stag/hen dos.

No loud music and please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Maximum occupancy: 6 adults.

Electric Vehicle Charging:
Charging via a standard three-pin plug is available by prior agreement only and subject to a £25 one-off fee per stay. This is for reasonable, short-term use only and not suitable for continuous charging.

Bude has limited charging options. Nearby points include:

* Bude Golf Club – chargers available, ANPR parking (ticket required)
